The South-Western City School District (SWCSD) Technology Department will begin the process of collecting all district-owned Chromebooks and chargers for the summer.
All Chromebooks will be disabled and unusable after THIS Friday, June 3rd. Please return it immediately to your school building to avoid being charged $225 for the device.
Graduating seniors should have turned their devices in prior to “seniors last day” in each building.
Students who attend a summer program will be issued a different device to use through the end of their June course.
After several years of heavy use due to expanded learning models, the districtwide Chromebook collection will enable South-Western City Schools to repair, push updates, and replace different grade level bands of Chromebooks at the end of their product lifecycle.
